Schedule appointments and coordinate service visits for our pest control team
Address customer questions about pest control services, treatment options, and pricing
Handle billing inquiries and process payments
Maintain accurate records and update customer profiles
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally in a service industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
